We love Romania

There was sometime a silvian man who live, with his daughder called Dambovita into a big forest; she knows all forest secrets, all roads hidden under the grass and threes.

One day a prince from  a away has lost in the forest. When he meet Dambovita he ask her to find his road. Helpfully, he show him the rod. The prince see that the girl is so nice, gentlu and beautifull he ask her to marriage with him. Then she say that she already say YES to Bucur, a shepherd who live near of the forest. As a thanks gesture, the prince who was the Prince of the Mountains give to her a knife an toy that if is handled, any wish becomes reality.

After that meeting with the prince girl take the knife and the toy and show this to Bucur, his fiance. To show him how much love she has, he take the knife and pierce into a stone from where a clen and beutifull river has come: Dambovita. Togerther they made a small village near of the forest, called Bucur; and untill today, the village increase and now it is a big city called Bucuresti on Dambovita reaver.

In our ancients language “bucur” means sheperd, who pass, who is lost, a traveler and “Bucura” is a place where the shperds are meeting. On that time this place was very popular between sheperds.
